About Viking Hemming
Viking Hemming is a purpose-built Douro River Longship designed for intimate cruising through Portugal’s wine country. The 2014 vessel carries up to 106 guests in 53 outside staterooms and combines Viking’s Scandinavian-inspired interiors with a sun-deck swimming pool, Aquavit Terrace, panoramic public spaces and river views from every accommodation. Its compact dimensions are tailored to the Douro’s navigation constraints, allowing access to ports and scenery that are unsuitable for larger European river ships.
