Celebrity lists a maiden voyage of August 5, 2027, so it is not yet an operating ship and has no verified registry or AIS identifiers. The ship is planned for 172 guests in 86 double-occupancy staterooms. Published plans emphasize open-air public areas, suites with Skylight Infinite Balconies, king beds, and butler service in every suite. No theater is planned. Celebrity has indicated that evening programming may use onboard gathering spaces and entertainers or experiences brought in from ports; final programming had not been confirmed.
The planned inventory is 86 staterooms across five categories, all designed for double occupancy. Celebrity states that all rooms will have king beds configurable as twins; suites are planned to include butler service, and Skylight Infinite Balcony Suites are a named accommodation type.
Celebrity River Cruises permits guests aged 4 and older, but the line has stated that its river ships will not have family cabins.
A spa and dedicated fitness center are not planned for the ship, according to Celebrity executives speaking during an April 2026 shipyard visit.
Celebrity states that elevators will serve passenger decks except Deck 1, where River View staterooms are located. The top deck is planned to be reachable by stairs and a motorized chair-rail system.
