Queen Mary 2 is Cunard’s flagship and a purpose-built ocean liner designed for regular North Atlantic crossings as well as worldwide cruising. Built in France and introduced in 2004, she combines traditional Cunard styling with unusually spacious public areas, a large library, a planetarium-style cinema, kennels, multiple dining venues and sheltered balcony accommodation. Her 2016 remastering refreshed major public spaces and added enhanced suite and kennel facilities. The ship remains distinctive for her liner heritage, seakeeping design and formal Cunard service.
Queen Mary 2 is the largest ocean liner ever built and the only liner offering regularly scheduled Transatlantic Crossings. Distinctive features include the wraparound Promenade Deck, three bow thrusters, four stabilizers and a large onboard library.
