The atmosphere is stylish but informal. Smart casual clothing is suitable in the evening, while gala evenings call for elegant clothing; swimwear and beach shoes are not appropriate in public indoor areas.
Restaurant Excellence, Restaurant Rive and Outdoor-Restaurant Riveranda are listed without a surcharge. Premium full board includes breakfast, the main meals, selected refreshments and afternoon coffee or tea service.
Wi-Fi is available at no additional charge in the public areas and cabins. Connections can be interrupted on some river sections and in locks.
Tipping is voluntary. The operator considers 8–10 euros per guest per day an appropriate amount, normally handed to the crew at reception near the end of the cruise.
The ship and many landing stages are not fully accessible. The operator states that passengers must be able to negotiate gangways and emergency routes independently; hand-operated wheelchairs and rollators must be registered in advance, while electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not carried.
Children may travel with an accompanying adult, and children up to age 12 receive a reduced fare when sharing the same cabin. The ship does not provide children’s or baby menus, high chairs or baby cots, and it has no dedicated kids facility.
