About AIDAdiva
AIDAdiva is the lead ship of AIDA Cruises’ Sphinx class, built by Meyer Werft in Papenburg and delivered in 2007. The 13-deck ship was extensively modernized in Marseille in February–March 2025, with refreshed guest cabins, redesigned public spaces, new dining and bar venues, and technical upgrades. Its onboard focus is a sociable central Theatrium, a broad spa and sport area, outdoor pool space, and facilities aimed at both couples and families.

Onboard Experience
Dining
Dining includes the Yachtclub buffet restaurant, French Kiss Bar & Bistro in the Theatrium, Tapas & Bar, and specialty venues such as Rossini and Buffalo Steak House. The 2025 refit also added East Fusion and refreshed several food-and-beverage spaces.
Entertainment
The Theatrium is the principal venue for shows and concerts and received updated seating, sound, lighting, and stage-control systems in 2025. Other listed venues include the Anytime Bar nightclub, casino, and AIDA Bar.
Staterooms & suites
AIDAdiva has 1,032 cabins following its 2025 modernization, including inside, ocean-view, balcony, and suite categories. Six new family-oriented aft suites have private sun decks, while suite guests have access to the Sky Deck and Rossini Lounge.
For families
The refit introduced a Deck 14 Fun Park with a 7.5-metre climbing tower, slide, and play caves, and refreshed the Kids Club. Some cabins were reconfigured from triple to quadruple occupancy, and selected suites can accommodate up to five guests plus an infant cot.
Pools, spa & wellness
The Body & Soul Spa was renewed to AIDA’s Organic Spa concept and includes two added wellness suites with private whirlpool, sauna, and waterbed. The ship also has fitness facilities, a sport deck, and a sun deck with pools.
Environmental features
The 2025 refit added a reverse-osmosis system for onboard freshwater production, a waste processor intended to reduce waste volume, energy-efficient LED lighting, and a biofouling-control hull coating. Removed carpet was diverted for further use and recyclable carpet was installed.
