About AIDAluna
AIDAluna is a Sphinx-class AIDA Cruises ship delivered in 2009 and comprehensively modernized in Marseille in late 2025. The 252-metre vessel combines a relatively intimate, resort-style layout with a central multideck Theatrium, a large outdoor deck area and a broad choice of casual and specialty dining. Its refreshed facilities include redesigned cabins, new family spaces and suite-only outdoor and lounge areas, making it particularly suited to guests looking for an informal German-style cruise atmosphere with substantial onboard amenities.

Dining
AIDAluna lists 10 restaurants and 13 bars/cafés. Dining venues include the Yachtclub buffet restaurant, French Kiss Restaurant, French Kiss Bar & Bistro, and Tapas & Bar.
Entertainment
The multideck Theatrium is the ship’s principal entertainment venue and was renewed during the 2025 modernization. Studio AIDA is an additional onboard event and entertainment space.
Staterooms & suites
The ship has 1,039 guest cabins. Accommodation types include inside, ocean-view, balcony and suite categories; all cabins were redesigned in the 2025 refit.
For families
The 2025 refit introduced a Fun Park on deck 14 with a 7.5-metre climbing tower, slide and caves. The Kids Club on deck 5 was also redesigned.
Pools, spa & wellness
AIDAluna has a 2,300-m² Body & Soul Organic Spa area. The 2025 refit added two wellness suites with private sauna and whirlpool facilities.
