About Viking Skaga

Viking Skaga is a purpose-built Viking Longship designed for the Seine River and introduced in 2020. Its shortened 125-meter hull allows it to reach central Paris, while the 168-guest layout provides an intimate river-cruise experience. Passenger spaces include panoramic dining and lounge areas, an indoor-outdoor Aquavit Terrace, a sun deck with walking track, and 84 outside staterooms. The ship uses hybrid engines and solar panels, with a Scandinavian-inspired interior and two distinctive Explorer Suites offering wraparound views.

Onboard leisure areas include a lounge and bar, library, onboard shop, complimentary Wi-Fi, and television and movie programming in the staterooms.

Staterooms & suites

The ship has 84 outside staterooms: standard rooms, French-balcony staterooms, veranda staterooms, veranda suites, and two Explorer Suites. Explorer Suites include separate living and sleeping areas plus a private wraparound balcony.
