About Viking Sol
Viking Sol is a new, intimate Viking Longship-Douro designed specifically for Portugal’s Douro River. The 106-guest ship is scheduled for delivery in 2027 and offers Scandinavian-style interiors, panoramic public spaces, an Aquavit Terrace, a swimming pool and 53 river-view staterooms. Its compact size is suited to the Douro’s locks and ports, while accommodations range from standard picture-window rooms to veranda suites.
