About Viking Lyra
Viking Lyra is a planned Viking Ocean Cruises vessel scheduled to enter service in 2028. The all-veranda ship will accommodate 998 guests in 499 staterooms, with Viking’s destination-focused, adults-oriented onboard experience. Its relatively compact size is intended to allow access to ports that are unsuitable for larger cruise ships, while the design emphasizes Scandinavian-style public spaces, enrichment, dining and wellness facilities.
