About Explora V

EXPLORA V is a new Explora Journeys luxury cruise ship under construction at Fincantieri and scheduled to enter service in December 2027. The vessel is planned around 457 ocean-front suites, an intimate service model, and spacious indoor and outdoor areas. Its onboard concept includes multiple pools, restaurants, bars and lounges, wellness facilities, and family spaces. EXPLORA V will join the LNG-powered third-generation ships in the brand’s six-vessel fleet.

Signature highlights

The ship is planned with 457 ocean-front suites, five heated pools, seven restaurants, and 12 bars and lounges. Construction milestones include the steel cutting in July 2025 and the coin ceremony in March 2026.
