Dining includes Waterside Restaurant, Umi Uma, Osteria d’Ovidio, Beefbar, The Vintage Room, The Bistro, Trident Grill, Marketplace and Scoops, with Crystal highlighting Umi Uma as its Nobu restaurant at sea.

Entertainment venues include Galaxy Lounge for headline performances, Hollywood Theatre for films and lectures, Pulse Night Club, Stardust Club and Supper Club, live music, comedy, cabaret and enrichment programming.
Staterooms & suites
Crystal lists 402 ocean-view rooms and suites, including guest rooms with ocean views or verandas and larger veranda suites. The 2023 refurbishment significantly enlarged and redesigned many accommodations.
For families
Family facilities include the Fantasia children’s playroom and Waves teen center. Junior activities and supervised programming are offered on select voyages, with availability dependent on sailing and season.
Pools, spa & wellness
Aurōra Spa provides treatments, sauna and steam facilities, while Crystal Life Fitness offers Technogym equipment, a weight room, aerobics studio, yoga, Pilates and spinning classes.
Accessibility
Crystal provides accessible guest rooms and accessible restrooms in common areas. Guests needing routine wheelchair assistance must generally travel with or bring their own equipment, subject to the line’s accessibility guidance.
Environmental features
Crystal identifies environmental responsibility as a priority, including onboard Nordaq water systems and reusable water bottles. The announced 2026 drydock program includes technical upgrades intended to improve efficiency and environmental performance.
